SECRETS REVEALED!

Downtown Pomona has two very beautiful plazas, Thomas Plaza at W. 2nd. St & Thomas St, and Locust Plaza at E. 2nd St. and Locust St. The architects and builders probably don't realize just how perfectly they built these plazas, they are symmetrically perfect! To prove it, visit the plazas and try this test for yourself:
Stand exactly in the center of the City Seal in Thomas Plaza, facing the stage. With both feet planted squarely shout out something (or just speak loudly) and you will get an echo feedback. Lest your friends think you are crazy standing in the middle of an empty plaza talking to yourself you should know that only you will hear the feedback. Do the same thing at Locust Plaza, stand in the exact center. Pretty Cool!

Was hosting the "Love Barack" movie production a benefit to the downtown?

The Vehicle Parking District has asked the DPOA to conduct a poll to determine if there were benefits to downtown merchants and property owners. What do you think about it? We are encouraging everyone to leave us more feedback in the comments area.
