Bicycle thief
A regular in the downtown, "Greybeard" as he is known, is a frequent panhandler and bicycle thief. He has been arrested several times but always seems to return. He can be found canvassing the downtown whenever there are crowds. Today was no exception. At 3:41 P.M. this afternoon he used bolt cutters to cut through a bicycle chain and off he went with another bicycle. If you see him call Metro Security at (909) 503-3815 or call Pomona PD at (909) 622-1241.

Right on Mr. Egan I seen and heard about this guy What I should do is make some wanted posters up and let the rest of the city know about this guy am sure downtown is not the only place he hits.
