Whats Going On?

At approximately 12:30pm fire tucks, ambulances, paramedics, and police closed off W. 2nd St. from Garey Ave. to Thomas Street. So what's going on?
A. Cat in a tree
B. False alarm
C. Power outage
D. Suspicious package.
If you guessed D, suspicious package you are correct. No harmful substances were found, but to be safe all precautions were taken, including screening occupants for symptoms and bringing in the Hazmat team. Fire and Hazmat have been on the scene for an hour and a half at this point. The DPOA office is serving as the "emergency" restroom facility for all those that had to evacuate the building.
