Clean arches

The goal was to buff and scrub the arches down to the metal, apply a coat of varnish, and let the natural patina shine through. Turns out the arches are dark green, once you get past the grime and buildup, and they look pretty good. No need to sand and paint. With all the rust removed a protective coat of varnish will be applied and they should last another decade.
